Returns & Exchanges

Thom Browne offers complimentary returns on all orders within 14 days of delivery, provided items are in their original condition with all tags and signature packaging intact. Please note that personalized items and fragrances are considered final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Visit the 'Orders' section of your account or use the guest returns portal to select the items you wish to send back and receive a Return Authorization Number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original Thom Browne packaging and include the printed return form. Ensure the signature grosgrain detailing and tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your original shipment to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous delivery labels are covered or removed.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at the designated courier location or schedule a collection. Once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
